Happy New Year. This October will be the 10th Anniversary of HubLAN.

Sorry but due to other personal arrangements I will not be able to host a New Years Eve LAN.

Its been awhile but I have had several requests for a New Years Eve LAN. With New Years on a Monday this year it looks like it will be possible. So mark your calendars for a NYE LAN at the Quack house. (pending approval from Mrs. Duckie)

Saturday June 10th Tech 2 Crew will be hosting a LAN. They are located at 7006 University (University and South Loop 289 in the shopping center with Burger King).
LAN will be from 5pm till whenever. Stop by and enjoy the fun.

Date set for HubLAN45: April 1st 2006 from noon till morning. Location will be the Quack house. ICQ or email me if you plan on attending. I have a GigaSwitch now so network traffic should be speedy this time. Limited to the first 8 computers with Giga LAN. See ya there. - Duckie

HubLAN44 was a success with 15 people showing up for a New Years Eve LAN. Party was from Noon till daylight the next year (literally). Check out the webpage, lots of pictures. This is crazy but I have been hosting HubLAN since 1998, that is 8 years now. Plenty more to come. Here is some interesting statistics on HubLAN:

It is official. HubLAN44 is scheduled for Saturday December 31, 2005 from Noon till sometime in 2006. Yes that's correct, a New Years Eve LAN Party. What could be better then that? The location will be in my garage again (The Quack Shack) so bring your own chair. The garage can get chilly in winter so be prepared. Click on the registration page and get registered.

Can you believe it ... I am going to schedule a LAN... this one will be a NEW YEARS LAN... The date will be December 31, 2005 and if you hang around into 2006. More details soon.

It has been almost a year since our last HubLAN. I was trying to get interest for a LAN in October but could not find any. I am expecting my third child in November so that month is out of the question. However maybe a late December or New Year LAN could be organized. But I can not have a LAN without people. Please post in the forums what you think I could do to help get the LAN back going. What would bring you back to HubLAN? Let me know and I will work on another LAN.
